A refined, cru-expression of Lazio’s premier red grape, Cesanese. Produced by the historic Principe Pallavicini estate, "Amarasco" offers an intense ruby red color with dark garnet hues. The nose opens with rich aromas of ripe sour cherry (amarasca), dark plum, dried wild berries, and delicate baking spices. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and elegant, featuring smooth velvety tannins and a persistent, savory finish.
