Pecorino Vecchio Stampo Petrucci has the particularity of being matured in a cave, in a humid environment which allows this particular cheese to refine its enveloping flavour.
Pasty, moist and with the usual taste, it is perfect to accompany elite dishes or to be enjoyed during the meal. Excellent with compotes and jams.
