Caciotta di Amatrice is a semi-mature cheese which, despite its short maturation, has a fresh and subtle flavour.
The pasta has a soft consistency, with scattered holes that almost melts in the mouth.
Ideal to eat at any time of the year, but also at any time of the day, from a snack for the little ones to a real meal.
Paired with a salad or fresh vegetables and cherry tomatoes. Served alone or with cold cuts.
Excellent combination with acacia honey or fruit and vegetable compotes.
Pair with light wine with a fresh and aromatic flavour.
