Pecorino aged with organic Maremma milk and organic Tuscan Bianchetto truffle produced by Stefania Calugi. The full flavor of the cheese is strengthened by the special notes of the truffle in a harmony of delicate and balanced flavours. The result is a rounded, intense and balanced taste where the flavors of the cheese blend harmoniously with the scents and aroma of the truffle. Visually, the color of the paste is amber and bright brown on the outside. Among the particularities there is also the shape, wide and not very high, to allow a more compact and homogeneous maturation.
