Pennotta artisan pasta made with durum wheat semolina is bronze drawn. The porosity enhances the aromas and crunchiness. Low temperature drying helps not to alter the natural characteristics of the grains. The selection of durum wheat, the use of pure water from the Gran Sasso d'Italia and the bronze dies combine to give that characteristic taste, guaranteeing the absorption capacity of the condiments.
ADVICE FOR USE
Excellent, especially when topped with our selection of sauces and gravies . Cooking time 6/7 minutes in plenty of water.
