The Chifferi are tubular and elbow-bent. These are a Northern and Central Italian type of pasta and are usually about 17mm long whereas their thickness varies between 1.05mm and 1.15mm.To serve the Chifferi choose either light and simple sauces, such as tomato or egg and cheese based condiments.
