ANTICO MASO NERO is an Asiago Cheese, aged for more than 40 days in a controlled environment. It is made with rigorously selected mountain milk to ensure its typical fragrance. It can be easily recognized by its black surface rind and from the savoury, distinctive taste. Best paired with white sparkling wine.
