What is our new service regarding food and vegetable in pre-orders?

​In fruit & vegetables pre-order page you have the chance to purchase in advance goods that are not immediately available in our warehouse.

How can I buy in Pre-order:

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of buying fruit and vegetables in pre-order is that:

- More convenient prices

- You will receive very fresh vegetables just arrived in Hong Kong

- you can guarantee the products you want without risking that they run out as soon as they are available in our warehouse.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order?

Orders placed on Tuesdays before 12 noon will be dispatched at the beginning of the following week. (Tuesday/Wednesday)

Please keep in mind that if you place an order containing a pre-order item, the entire order will be on hold and dispatched at once.

Can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

​Absolutely yes! You can place a combined order and wait for the items in pre-order to arrive. In this case, the whole order will be hold and dispatched entirely.
