Tiramisu without eggs, of course, means without eggs in the cream. In fact, eggs are present in the ladyfingers. To obtain a completely egg-free dessert, you must use vegan biscuits that are suitable for absorbing coffee so that the tiramisu retains its typical consistency.


Ingredients

  • 300 g of ladyfingers

  • 350 g of mascarpone

  • 300 ml of fresh cream

  • 120 g of powdered sugar

  • unsweetened cocoa powder

  • cold espresso coffee to taste

This is not the recipe for a vegan tiramisu but the recipe for tiramisu with mascarpone cream and whipped cream, without eggs. In fact, we used ladyfingers that contain eggs among the ingredients.


The cream of this tiramisu is soft and tasty, to create a more original decoration than usual we suggest you use a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle and form tufts.


The recipes for this greedy and very popular dessert are as many as the imagination suggests, certainly the classic recipe for tiramisu remains the one with ladyfingers, eggs in cream and without cream. We could now also consider our creamy Tiramisu a classic.


Many places are credited with the authorship of this extraordinary dessert, which probably has a Venetian or Treviso origin.


Preparation


Phase 1


First of all to prepare the tiramisu without eggs, take care of the creama: whip the cream together with half the sugar in a bowl and place it in the refrigerator. In a second container, cream the mascarpone with the remaining icing sugar.


Phase 2


Incorporate the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream with a spatula in several stages and moving from bottom to top to avoid disassembling.


Phase 3


Moisten the ladyfingers, one at a time, in the espresso that you have poured into a deep plate. Arrange them in a 16 x 22 cm rectangular pan, covering the entire base. If necessary, shape the cookies so that there are no empty corners or sides. Transfer the mascaprone and cream into a pastry bag with a smooth 15 mm nozzle and form tufts on the layer of ladyfingers.


Phase 4

Repeat the operation indicated in point 3. Sprinkle with plenty of unsweetened cocoa powder and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. After this time you can serve your tiramisu without eggs.
