Tagliatelle with cooked ham and mozzarella

Tagliatelle with cooked ham and mozzarella are an easy and quick first course to make: even novice cooks will make a really tasty dish. The more experienced will be able to prepare egg tagliatelle at home and give diners a simple and inexpensive first course of fresh pasta with a sure effect. Seeing is believing!



Ingredients:

  • 350 g of fresh noodles

  • 120 g of mozzarella

  • 80 g of cooked ham in a single slice

  • 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 40 g of butter

  • salt

  • black pepper


A plate of tagliatelle with cooked ham and mozzarella is as quick and easy as satisfying; to make it you just need three simple and easily available ingredients, fresh tagliatelle, mozzarella fiordilatte and ham cooked in a thick slice cut into cubes or, for those who prefer it, reduced into small tasty confetti. A generous sprinkling of grated Parmesan completes everything and voilà, watering guaranteed.


And if you want a slightly more intense flavour, just replace the fiordilatte with the same amount of buffalo mozzarella.

Preparation


Phase 1


To prepare the tagliatelle with cooked ham and mozzarella, boil the fresh tagliatelle in plenty of salted water.


While they are cooking, combine the diced ham and mozzarella, grated parmesan and a pinch of black pepper in a bowl. Drain the noodles and transfer them to the bowl with the sauce.


Phase 2


Spread a few flakes of butter on top and mix with extreme delicacy in order to season the noodles evenly without breaking them. To help you do this, you can swirl the bowl by holding it with both hands. Serve immediately the tagliatelle with cooked ham and mozzarella.
