Stuffed mozzarella is an easy recipe that requires no cooking skills. To obtain a satisfactory result, it will be sufficient to use mozzarella cheese large enough to contain the filling of tuna, onions, croutons and date tomatoes.
Furthermore, the mozzarella filling can vary according to your tastes. For example, you can prepare a vegetarian version, without the tuna, and with the addition of hard-boiled eggs.
Preparation
Phase 1

Drain the tuna and break it up, cut the bread into cubes, the cherry tomatoes and the onions in half. Then cut the top of the mozzarella and hollow out the inside. Turn it upside down so that it releases excess water.
Phase 2

Sauté the bread in a pan for a few minutes, being careful not to burn it. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients with a few basil leaves.
Phase 3
Stuff the mozzarella baskets with the previously blended ingredients. Serve the stuffed mozzarella with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil.
