We offer you spaghetti with tuna, a quick and easy recipe, perfect for everyday lunch. A dish that can be prepared in 20 minutes with ingredients that are often already in the pantry, such as tuna in oil and tomato sauce.
240 g of spaghetti
100 g of tuna in oil
4 anchovy fillets
1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons of tomato puree
A tasty and quick pasta ready in less than 30 minutes, spaghetti with tuna are a perfect dinner-saving idea! An inexpensive, very versatile first course, suitable when we have little time and desire to stay in the kitchen. The typical dish of dinners among students at the university!
A very simple recipe that includes few ingredients such as good tuna preserved in oil, anchovies and tomato sauce. All sautéed with spaghetti, to finish a sprinkling of chopped parsley and that's it!
To prepare spaghetti with tuna, start by heating the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic in a pan. Add the coarsely chopped anchovy fillets and let them melt with the help of a wooden ladle. Then add the tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
At this point add the tuna in pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook for about another 5 minutes. Finally add a sprig of chopped parsley and mix.
In the meantime, you will have boiled the spaghetti in abundant salted water: drain it al dente and place it in the pan. Stir to mix everything and serve the tuna spaghetti with a sprinkling of chopped parsley to taste.
