We offer you spaghetti with tuna, a quick and easy recipe, perfect for everyday lunch. A dish that can be prepared in 20 minutes with ingredients that are often already in the pantry, such as tuna in oil and tomato sauce.

Ingredients
240 g of spaghetti
100 g of tuna in oil
4 anchovy fillets
1/2 glass of extra virgin olive oil
4 tablespoons of tomato puree
garlic
parsley
salt
pepper

A very simple recipe that includes few ingredients such as good tuna preserved in oil, anchovies and tomato sauce. All sautéed with spaghetti, to finish a sprinkling of chopped parsley and that's it!
Preparation
Phase 1

To prepare spaghetti with tuna, start by heating the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic in a pan. Add the coarsely chopped anchovy fillets and let them melt with the help of a wooden ladle. Then add the tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes.
Phase 2

At this point add the tuna in pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook for about another 5 minutes. Finally add a sprig of chopped parsley and mix.
Phase 3

In the meantime, you will have boiled the spaghetti in abundant salted water: drain it al dente and place it in the pan. Stir to mix everything and serve the tuna spaghetti with a sprinkling of chopped parsley to taste.
