Not the usual pasta with tuna, but a tasty Mediterranean dish, light, very quick to bring to the table, rich in flavor and aroma!


  • 320 g of spaghetti

  • 100 g of tuna in oil

  • 150 g of perini tomatoes

  • 1 pinch of dried oregano

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 2 anchovy fillets in oil

  • 1 dozen basil leaves

  • extra virgin olive oil

  • salt

  • black pepper

The spaghetti with tomato and tuna are ready in less than 30 minutes. A quick and tasty pasta, the right recipe for an economical, very versatile first course, suitable for an informal lunch or dinner with friends or family.

Preparing this pasta is very easy, it will be the high quality raw materials that make the difference. Beautiful red tomatoes, simply blanched and cut into cubes, are flavored with garlic, basil and oregano and then everything is chopped in the mixer together with tuna and anchovies. Phase 1

To prepare the sauce for spaghetti with tomato and tuna, blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds, drain, peel, remove the seeds and chop coarsely.

Phase 2

Drain the tuna, crumble it and place it in the mixer with the tomatoes, anchovies, the washed and dried basil, the peeled garlic clove, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper. Blend everything and add 4-5 tablespoons of oil.

Phase 3

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water, drain when al dente and toss with the sauce. Your spaghetti with tomato and tuna are ready to be served.
