80 g of sliced raw ham
100 g of colored cherry tomatoes
rocket to decorate
extra virgin olive oil

In the soft savory tart with raw ham and mozzarella we find one of the most loved (and good) combinations of the summer, that of mozzarella and raw ham, perfectly balanced thanks to the sweetness of the mozzarella which balances the sapidity of the ham.
Preparing it is very simple: starting from the base of the soft salty tart, just work the ricotta and then stuff it with all the ingredients, using a little imagination to create the composition you like best.
The soft savory tart with raw ham and mozzarella can also turn out to be a “meal-saving” recipe, because it allows you to use ingredients that we often already have available in the refrigerator.
