300 g of cream cheese
8 cherry tomatoes
12 black olives
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 fennel

The ingredients to make it are common and easily available: Prague ham slices, with their typical smoked taste, contain a filling prepared with cream cheese flavored with chives and parsley.
The vegetables present in the recipe also make the flavor of the dish even more satisfying and guarantee a pleasant balance of textures: therefore, to prepare these delicious rolls you will also need cherry tomatoes, black olives, hard-boiled eggs and fennel.
Excluding the preparation of hard-boiled eggs, this recipe does not require any further cooking and is therefore ideal to prepare even in the summer.

Preparation
Phase 1

In a bowl, mix the cheese with a little chopped chives and parsley. Arrange the mixture on the slices of ham, heaping it in the center.
Phase 2

Roll up the slices of ham in order to obtain 8 rolls. Finely chop the fennel and season with oil, salt and pepper.
Phase 3
Place the ham rolls on top, decorated with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced eggs and black olives.
