Fettuccine, also commonly called tagliatelle, is an egg pasta that has origins in northern and central Italy. Emilia-Romagna is the Italian region where this dish is widely consumed, especially with meat sauce, a must in Bolognese tagliatelle.
To prepare the fettuccine with sausage and balsamic vinegar, start by taking a pan: let us melt the butter and let the chopped onion and the peeled and chopped sausage exhaust over medium heat. Stir and after ten minutes add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for ten minutes.
Boil the fettuccine in abundant salted water and drain when al dente. At this point, sauté them for half a minute in the pan with the sauce in order to mix the pasta well with the sauce.
Sprinkle the fettuccine already generously seasoned with the sausage sauce with balsamic vinegar: your dish is ready. Serve immediately hot.
