Preparation
Phase 1

To prepare the fettuccine with sausage and balsamic vinegar, start by taking a pan: let us melt the butter and let the chopped onion and the peeled and chopped sausage exhaust over medium heat. Stir and after ten minutes add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for ten minutes.
Phase 2

Boil the fettuccine in abundant salted water and drain when al dente. At this point, sauté them for half a minute in the pan with the sauce in order to mix the pasta well with the sauce.
