  • 40 g of chopped toasted pistachios

  • pepper

Preparation


Phase 1


Cut the bread into 1-2 cm slices and cut each slice further in half. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush them with a little extra virgin olive oil. Brown in a preheated oven at 220 ° for a few minutes.


Phase 2


In the meantime, slice the mozzarella and wrap each slice in the speck.


Phase 3


Take the bread out of the oven and place all the rolls on the still hot croutons. Add a cherry tomato in oil to each of them and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
