Preparation

Phase 1

To prepare the crostini with burrata, cherry tomatoes and culatello, start washing the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into wedges. Season with oil, salt, pepper and the chopped basil leaves. Mix well and leave to flavor while you proceed with the preparation. Cut 4 large slices from the bread thick enough to accommodate the sauce.

Phase 2

Toast the slices of bread on both sides in a pan with a drizzle of oil. When they are crispy and golden, arrange them on a work surface and cut them in half to obtain 8 croutons. Spread the frayed burrata over the surface, dividing it evenly.

Phase 3

Also have the seasoned cherry tomatoes and slices of culatello, one or two per crostino, to your taste!

Phase 4

The burrata, cherry tomatoes and culatello croutons are ready.
