An easy and tasty course to serve cold. Recommended as a starter or as an aperitif to serve with friends.
1 buffalo mozzarella of 300 g
Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut them into rings and remove the seeds. Slice the mozzarella to a thickness of 1 cm and arrange the two ingredients alternating in concentric circles on the serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and season with poured oil and salt. Keep cool.
