Preparation

Phase 1

Begin the preparation of the tomato, mozzarella and basil pancarré lasagna from the dressing. Mix the tomato puree in a bowl with the grated Parmesan cheese and season with oil, salt, pepper, oregano and basil to taste. Cut the mozzarella into slices and let it drain in a colander.

Phase 2

Grease a baking dish and make a layer of bread, shaping it appropriately so as to completely cover the base of the baking dish. Spread over a few spoonfuls of sauce and a little crumbled mozzarella with your hands. Make a second layer of bread and proceed in the same way until you create 3 layers in all and finish the ingredients. Top with the tomato sauce and the remaining mozzarella.

Phase 3

Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with a little oregano and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese begins to spin. Take the pacarré lasagna with tomato, mozzarella and basil out of the oven and let it settle for 10-15 minutes before serving.
